about the role
- own end to end operations for our offline centres and ensure that they run smoothly. centres will run all days of the week so the role will require the team to work on rosters (5 days a week).
- work on community initiatives designed to develop relationships between members. create a welcoming and collaborative community environment via events, workshops and other group activities.
- work closely with the events, partnerships and online community teams.
- solve member-related queries to ensure a cohesive community and a great member experience. read: be willing to get your hands really dirty.

skills required
- 1-3 years of community/customer service/hospitality/ sales experience
- experience in startups is a big plus.
- ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced environment.
- strong verbal and written communication skills.
